Our solutions are SAP Certified and CitiXsys has been the recipient of many awards and accolades including the Pinnacle Award for global innovation.
- CXS Focus is on Retail and Dist. Solutions; For creating, and managing multiple attribute items we offer the Item Matrix solution or for tracking and delivering the right items to the right customer first time - every time we have Inventory Pro a solution that offers bin management and inventory allocation. Supporting customer transactions is easy with our Credit Card solution or manage multiple retail outlets with iVend. Then of course consolidate multiple databases with our InterCompany solution. The Bottom line is - Our solutions are stable, market tested, and have numerous satisfied customers and partners.
- Our first case study will be about Cowgirl Tuff Co. a fast growing, - forward thinking organization that chose RSM McGladrey, CXS and SAP because of the clear value our team brought to the project.
- CTC was started by Lisa Bollin in 1999, Cowgirl Tuff specializes in mainstream fashion with a western flair. Our partner RSM McGladrey received the lead from SAP and was able to close the deal in 90 days. The breakdown was approx. $35k software and $40k services. As you will see in the later slides this was a very tough sales cycle.
- Being in the Apparel industry, all critical needs focused around the ability to mass produce, update and manage multiple attribute items – such as Size, -Style and -Color. Starting with a Parent item, then easily and efficiently creating child items, updating the attributes as needed -and finally to facilitate speedy order entry.
- One critical need was to display a two dimensional grid to ease order entry for the customer service and purchasing agents. CTC submitted copies of their order forms and purchase orders, - then McGladrey and CXS worked together to configure the Item Matrix Solution and were able to show the order entry process in a familiar manner - yet with immense flexibility, agility and speed . The automation in the order entry process alone would not only save time and effort but also reduce errors to a fraction of their current level.
- The final proposal from CXS was for the Item Matrix coupled with our Credit Card solution. A future need for a retail solution was also identified and the fact that a single source solution provider (CitiXsys) could take care of all these needs helped establish a level of comfort with the customer.
- The selection process was brutal, the customer was very thorough in their research and started with all of the key players in the industry. Although many partners may have walked away from a deal like this - the McGladrey team was very determined and together with Citixsys and SAP worked through each phase of the process and eventually won above all others . A great story of a - true ---team - victory . If you will notice the saying on the back of the shirt in the picture “Never Give Up” - this is the motto of CTC and I thought it would be appropriate as the axiom of our sales cycle.
- Our next Case Study -In Add Minus - sells trendy apparel manufactured in Asia but features Italian knits, French fabrics and Japanese denim. The contemporary boutique needed a World Class ERP that included a retail Mgt solution for its corporate direction.
- In Add Minus is based in Southern California, Vision 33 received the Lead from SAP and engaged CitiXsys for the retail management requirement. The deal closed in 75 days with approx. $36k software and $24k services. CitiXsys gave full presales support including multiple product demonstrations and reference clients to help close the deal.

- Hoy vamos a analizar el porque iVend es la solución al detal de los comercios alrededor del mundo. Para comenzar, vamos a aclarar que iVend y SAP en conjunto forman una muy simple pero muy potente herramienta de Administración controlada al detal. iVend es una solución certificada por SAP, lo que significa que su integración es estandariza y apoyada por SAP. Aquí les tenemos unas de las características principales de nuestro programa.
- Aquí analizaremos las ventajas de Ivend Retail y como, con la facilidad del uso de la solución le puede beneficiar a todos en varios ámbitos comerciales.
- Estos son las tres interfaces de iVend; Primero – El Motor de Integración: Esta interface se encuentra en su Oficina Central y permite intercambio de información critica de la data principal de SAP, tal como: Información del cliente, transacciones y niveles de inventario, precio, promociones, impuestos e información bancaria son intercambiadas a diferentes intervalos durante el día. Esta configuración permite a la aplicación trabajar fuera de línea – La conexión den la Oficina Central y la tienda puede ser interrumpida sin ninguna consecuencia en sus operaciones, ya restablecida la conexión se sincronizaran las tiendas con la Oficina Central y todo la información será replicada. Consola de Administracion: Esta ubicada en cada tienda y es utilizada por el manager de la tienda para manejo de los empleados, crea perfiles de empleado, maneja las cajas, promociones y transacciones de inventario. La consola de administración es requerida en cada una de las ubicaciones de sus tiendas, y puede ser utilizada en un POS. POS – Punto de Servicio: El nuevo lenguaje acepta mas este termino que el de Punto de Venta debido a que es mucho mas que una caja registradora. iVend es una solución basada en computadoras y esta habilitada para pantalla táctil .Usted puede capturar la información del cliente, hacer chequeos de inventario en todas las ubicaciones, fabricar cotizaciones, entregas especiales y hacer abonos desde todos los POS. Hoy en día los comercios necesitan crean y mantener mas relaciones con sus clientes. iVend Retail junto con SAP ayudaría a impartir una experiencia de alta calidad para los clientes, como la culminación exitosa de un ciclo de vida mercantil. {Dado el hecho que todo el motivo de el ciclo mercantil es para complacer al cliente, datos sobre los que esos clientes desean obtener debe ser la base para cualquier comercio exitoso en este ámbito. Desafortunadamente. Mientras los comercios recopilan información de los clientes, tradicionalmente ellos han sido menos exitosos en recopilar la data del cliente—y menos exitosos en el uso de su inteligencia comercial para mejorar sus ciclos de vida mercantiles en maneras que puedan incrementar las ganancias, la lealtad del cliente o ambas.
- Este diagrama indica un escenario en el cual una sola tienda esta corriendo con el sistema integrado de iVend y SAP B1 juntos, SAP es ejecutado desde la oficina central junto con el ivend enterprise. Mientras, el servidor de la tienda se encontrara físicamente en el comercio. Múltiples terminales de POS pueden ser conectadas al servidor para atender a los clientes. Las transacciones ejecutadas en el POS son grabadas localmente en el servidor de la tienda y luego replicado a el iVend Enterprise al final del día o constantemente en tiempo real dependiendo de la configuración y la conectividad entre la tienda y la oficina central. Luego de haber duplicado la información al iVend Enterprise se integrará automaticamente al SAP Business One.
- Este diagrama representa un escenario de implementación multi-almacén en el que SAP Business One y iVend Retail se despliegan oficina central, mientras que los servidores tienda está desplegado en los lugares de venta físicos. Múltiples terminales punto de servicio se pueden unir a cada uno de los servidores de cada almacen, las operaciones ejecutadas en el punto de venta se registran a nivel local en los servidores de almacén respectivo y se consolida aún más en el iVend Enterprise al final del día o en tiempo real dependiendo de la conectividad entre la tienda y la Oficina Central. Una vez que los datos se consolidan, iVend Enterprise automáticamente se integrara a SAP Business One.
