Project Ribalera consists in the energy improvement of the building, by making averagely changes of electronic devices and several changes in the residence. The number of scores evaluated for the energy improvement was detected by a LEED checklist which contributed to an optimal development that was observed by the analysis done in Design Builder, which provided a result of 33 % anually in energy saving.

2. INTRODUCCIÓN
Los proyectos actualmente requieren de la utilización de soluciones alternativas para
facilitar el ahorro energético. Como consecuencia de diferentes factores, tales como el
cambio climático y la escasez de recursos, se ha producido una mayor concienciación
tanto de los ciudadanos como de los proyectistas en los problemas medio ambientales.
Mediante varios diagnósticos en dicho proyecto se harán recomendaciones de actuación
tanto para mejorar la eficiencia energética de la vivienda como para mejorar su calidad
ambiental interior integrando de manera objetiva, alternativas para el ahorro energético
del edificio estudiado “Ribalera”. El siguiente diagnóstico que presentaremos y hemos
obtenido permite tener al alcance varias herramientas y argumentos que justifican las
reformas permitiendo así explicar en total transparencia, los pasos a seguir para mejorar
la eficiencia energética de la vivienda.

3. OBJETIVOS
1. Presentar una descripción gráfica (fotos) de lo existente en el edificio y a partir
de allí, un punteo de las propuestas.
2. Analizar las zonas comunes del edificio, así como su envolvente térmica,
implantación y ubicación, y plantear estrategias de mejora para el interior de la
vivienda.
3. Aplicar los conceptos y estrategias estudiadas para la Certificación LEED.
4. Proponer cambios y demostrar un ahorro conseguido a través de la simulación
de una planta con Design Builder.
