This morning, I’ll start with a brief overview of CF Industries After that, I’ll discuss the strong fourth quarter and 2007 results we reported earlier this month I’ll touch on our outlook for spring 2008 and the near term And I’ll wrap up by talking about our competitive strengths – and why we can effectively capitalize on the strong fertilizer market we see coming our way [Pause] I’m sure most of you are well aware of the impact that robust worldwide grain demand is having on farmers and the fertilizer industry, so one thing I won’t do today is retrace a lot of known ground. You’ll find data on grain and acreage in the appendix to our presentation.

[Pause] Earlier this month, we announced fourth quarter and 2007 results that were our best ever since becoming a public company For the quarter, net earnings jumped from last year’s $8.0 million, or $0.14 cents per share, to $135.4 million, or $2.38 per share Net sales for the quarter totaled $852.5 million, a 62 percent increase over last year’s quarter. Driving that increase were substantially higher prices for all of our products and increased volume in nitrogen For the year, net earnings increased by more than ten-fold, reaching $372.7 million, or $6.57 per share You’ll find full details on the results in the news release in our investor packets and on our Web site at www.cfindustries.com

Another initiative involves construction of a proposed nitrogen complex in Perú Perú’s Camisea gas fields have significant reserves, and the country intends to use those reserves to establish a petrochemical industry The nitrogen market on the west coast of South America, Central America, and Mexico is currently served entirely by imports Last November, we won the bidding to negotiate a term sheet for natural gas, which we’re currently doing, as well as site, technology, and other development work If negotiations are successful and the economics support the project, this complex would be in operation in 2012
