2. Hernández Ereú (s.f.) define al tiempo
verbal (Tense) como el tiempo expresado
por un verbo.
El tiempo de un verbo muestra si la
acción está ocurriendo en el presente,
ocurrió en el pasado u ocurrirá en el
futuro. (Strausser y Paniza, 2007)
4. Los tiempos verbales están
formados por los verbos
auxiliares combinados con el
infinitivo, el participio presente
el pasado o el participio pasado de
los verbos ordinarios mostrando
relación gramatical.

- Situaciones cotidianas o acciones habituales.
- Situaciones Permanentes.
- Actividades programadas a futuro.
- Citas tomadas de una publicación.

- Los verbos regulares forman su pasado añadiendo _ed al final del
mismo, como por ejemplo: need --- needed
- Los verbos irregulares cambian de pronunciación o grafía y algunos
casos mantienen tales características, como por ejemplo:
