Tenemos que saber qué queremos conseguir con nuestra presencia en redes sociales: ¿ampliar nuestra cartera de clientes? ¿Detectar la necesidad de nuevos servicios? ¿Fidelizar?
Si no podemos medir no sabremos si lo estamos haciendo bien o mal.
Una medición cualitativa (SI/NO) es también una medición, pero es mejor tener objetivos que se puedan medir desde el punto de vista cuantitativo
Prever qué vamos a publicar y cuándo.
Miramos este gráfico y lo primero que se nos ocurre es: Facebook, las dos primeras, las tres primeras, las cuatro primeras…
¡Ojo! Hay que saber dónde está nuestro público objetivo y hasta dónde podemos llegar.
¿Vas a invertir media hora diaria? ¿Una hora? ¿Dos? Menos de media hora diaria es para llevar un solo perfil en una red social y además llevarlo mal.
Pero antes de lanzarnos a abrir perfiles en RRSS, unas consideraciones básicas.
Foursquare sólo se utiliza desde la propia app de Foursquare, mientras que Google Places aparece en las búsquedas de Google arriba del todo. Tenemos un puesto de privilegio en la búsqueda de Google apareciendo justo detrás de los enlaces patrocinados y sin gastarnos un céntimo.
Se pueden hacer cosas bastante chulas, pero cuesta mucho trabajo. El vídeo es siempre lo más costoso en tiempo y dinero.
