Raise boring offers several advantages over other methods of drilling and blasting. The most important are safety, speed, the physical characteristics of the completed hole, reduced personnel, and reduced costs. Raise boring is much safer as there is no exposure to falling rock or explosives. It can drill raises in conditions too dangerous for conventional methods. It can also be completed much faster than conventional methods. The borehole produced is smoother with undisturbed walls, making it better suited for uses like ventilation or access.

wrenches and wear pads on the pipe positioner.

deep with 150 mpa rock so if you are under that size which you will be, this machine can do
