TRANSLATE AND COMPREHENSION
People in my country says that Cartagena, a city from Colombia at the coast, is one of the most beautiful
and romantic cities in the world. I am Joan and I live here in Panama, a country next to Colombia. I really
have not been in Colombia but I know lots about that fantastic country because I have heard about how
marvelous it is. My wife Camila has not been in Colombia either; We have not traveled to South America
but maybe we will go by the next vacation. Camila´s parents has been in many countries but they have
not really visited Colombia since long time ago, they have been in Cartagena just because the plane
stoped in a trip they did to Argentina. My grandparents in law want to go to Colombia too, they wish to
travel with us but they have not gotten the money yet. My brother in law is Ramiro, he is one of the richest
person in the city so we will ask him if he can help his parents with the money they need to travel. We
want to go to Colombia, especially to Cartagena as soon as possible because we want to know more
about its history. People say the food is delicious but we haven´t tasted yet, the buildings and the houses
are old but we haven´t seen yet...that´s why we can´t wait to visit that awsome place.
