económico (Convenio de Chicago; Art. 44)”
36. IATA
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) is
the trade association for the world’s airlines,
representing some 290 airlines or 82% of total air
traffic. We support many areas of aviation activity
and help formulate industry policy on critical
aviation issues.
37. IOSA
The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program is an internationally recognized and
accepted evaluation system designed to assess the operational management and control
systems of an airline. The IOSA audit creates a standard that is comparable on a world-
wide basis, enabling and maximizing the joint use of audit reports. This has saved the
industry over 6400 redundant audits and continues to lead to extensive cost-savings for
IOSA participating airlines.
All IATA members are IOSA registered and must remain
38. ISAGO
IATA's Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) has been built upon a "backbone"
of audit standards applicable to all ground handling companies worldwide, coupled
with a uniform set of standards relevant for the specific activities of any ground
handler.
As a result, the ISAGO audit can be applied consistently to multinational ground
handlers, as well as to smaller companies providing services at a single station.
39. ISSA
IATA Standard Safety Assessment (ISSA) The ISSA is a voluntary evaluation program, produced at the
request of the industry, to extend the benefits of operational safety and efficiency that emanated from
the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program to the operators of smaller aircraft that are not eligible
for the IOSA program.
40. IDQP
The IATA Drinking-Water Quality Pool (IDQP) was created by a number of airlines to share audits on
drinking-water quality around the world. IDQP also developed its own procedures for conducting airfield
inspections, using the highest quality standards.
IDQP Standards can now be found in the Airport Handling Manual (AHM).
41. BENEFITS
Safeguard health on board for passengers and crew by using the highest standards to ensure water
quality
Avoid multiple audits of the same provider at the same location
See substantial financial savings from reductions of airport inspection workloads and associated costs
42. DAQCP
IATA De-Icing/Anti-Icing Quality Control Pool (DAQCP), The Pool has developed its own set of
procedures and checklists for conducting airfield inspections and audits. Although the primary objective
of the DAQCP is to ensure the safety of aircraft operations, participating airlines derive important
financial benefits in terms of drastically reduced airport inspection workloads and associated costs.
43. IFQP
IATA Fuel Quality Pool (IFQP) In addition to the promotion of fuel quality results, the
sharing of reports by the pool member airlines has demonstrated significant bottom
line savings for the participants. All IFQP activities fully comply with regulatory
requirements concerning airlines' provision of quality control and management
oversight of airport fuelling services (EU 965/2012, EASA AMC M.A.301 -1 and FAR
121.373).
In collaboration with IFQP, IATA supports the organization, training and accreditation
of inspectors and the annual allocation of stations based on the airports served by
airline IFQP members.

distintas auditorias que realiza.

45. CONSEJO INTERNACIONAL DE
AEROPUERTOS (ACI)
46. FACILITACIÓN
Airport Facilitation consists of the efficient management of the flow of passengers, baggage, cargo and
mail through the airport facilities, ensuring that services are delivered in a healthy, safe and secure
environment, and meeting and exceeding when possible the needs and expectations of customers. This
should be applicable for all scenarios, during good days and bad days, under normal operations and
situations of flight disruption.
47. Passenger facilitation is not just achieved by airport operators in isolation. It requires
a high level of interaction and coordination with partners and stakeholders that are
responsible for the different steps of the end to end passenger process, from the time
of booking to the time the passengers arrive at their final destination.
48. ACI World, through its Facilitation and Services Standing Committee, is committed to
help airports improve their terminal flows and processes by providing a set of
recommendations, guidelines and best practices, together with measuring and
benchmarking opportunities provided through the Airport Service Quality (ASQ)
programmes.
