Este circuito utiliza un temporizador 555 para contar 1 segundo o 1 Hz. El 555 se configura como oscilador astable para generar pulsos cuadrados a 1 Hz. Un contador binario cuenta los pulsos y muestra el número de segundos transcurridos.
