Preparación
Hervir una taza de mijo pelado con tres
tazas de agua durante veinticinco o
treinta minutos. Enfriar y mezclar con
treinta gramos de almendras, treinta
gramos de pasas y dos manzanas rojas .
Agregar canela , jengibre rallado , el
clavo de olor y el cardamomo .
Ingredientes
-mijo pelado : una taza
-almendras : treinta gramos
-pasas de uva : treinta gramos
-manzanas rojas : dos
-canela
-ralladura de jengibre
-clavo de olor
-cardamomo
