-huevos : cinco
-croquetas de mijo pelado : dos

-aceite de oliva orgánico
-mix de semillas
Ingredients
- four summer squashes
- one onion
- parsley
- five eggs
- peeled millet croquettes
- sea salt
- organic olive oil
- seeds

2. Preparación
Cortar la cebolla en brunoise y rehogar .
Calentar la sartén y luego bajar al
mínimo. Agregar el aceite y la cebolla.
Cocinar al horno los zapallitos. Una vez
cocidos, quitarle las semillas y toda el
agua . Cortar en brunoise y agregar a la
cebolla junto con el perejil cortado .
Batir los huevos y agregar . Agregar sal y
aceite y las semillas: girasol, sésamo,
chia.
Verter la preparación en los moldes y
cocinar a fuego moderado por treinta
minutos .
Procedure
Chop the onion in brunoise and sauté.
Heat the pan, lower the heat to a
minimum and add the olive oil and the
onion. Bake the summer squash and
remove the seeds and the water .
Chop in brunoise and add to the onion
and the chopped parsley. Beat the
eggs and add to the mixture. Add
the sea salt, some olive oil and some
seeds: sunflower, sesame, chia. Pour
into baking molds and bake for thirty
minutes.
