Este documento resume las principales leyes y normativas relacionadas con la educación en Ecuador. En 3 oraciones o menos, el documento establece que la Constitución, la Ley Orgánica de Educación Intercultural y la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño garantizan el derecho a la educación pública, gratuita e inclusiva para todos los niños y adolescentes en Ecuador, y promueven valores como la igualdad, la interculturalidad y el desarrollo integral de cada persona.
