Net promoter Score: Encuestas que se hacen al usuario al terminar un
proceso, suele haber 2 preguntas:
1. En una escala del 1-10, ¿qué tan probable es que le
recomiendes (tu empresa) a un amigo o colega?
1. ¿Cuál es tu razón principal para asignar esa puntuación?
Puntuaje 9-10 “Promotores”, pues están satisfechas y recomendarían tu empresa
Puntaje de 7-8 “Pasivos”, están satisfechas pero no están maravilladas con tu
negocio. Estas personas son propensas a irse con la competencia.
Puntaje de 0-6 “Detractores”. Estas personas no están para nada felices contigo.
