esta patología.
2. Comprobar si hay un tratamiento
consensuado para la cefalea tensional
3. Evidenciar qué técnica es más eficaz
4. Conocer nuevos tratamientos
5. Acortar el tiempo y aumentar eficacia del
tratamiento

10. CONCLUSIONES
1. No hay un tratamiento fisioterápico claro y
consensuado, ni protocolizado.
2. Se necesita más evidencia científica, para
conocer si la mejora clínica llega a ser
significativa o no, con estudios de mayor
rigor (muestras más grandes, grupos control,
mediciones a largo plazo).
3. Es necesario un tratamiento fisioterápico
en la actuación frente a la cefalea tensional.

11. CONCLUSIONES
4. Los tratamientos más eficaces según los resultados son:
programa de entrenamiento cráneo-cervical, técnicas de
relajación, manipulaciones de baja y alta velocidad, y
técnicas de liberación miofascial.
5. Los mejores resultados se llevan a cabo mediante
terapias combinadas, sobretodo tratamiento activo y
tratamiento manual.
