Este documento presenta un modelo de entrevista para el programa IGCDP de intercambios sociales y voluntariado de AIESEC. La entrevista incluye preguntas personales para conocer las motivaciones del candidato y si están alineadas con los objetivos del programa. También incluye preguntas específicas sobre los desafíos de trabajar en proyectos sociales y sobre los diferentes programas de educación, universidad, campamentos y ONGs para evaluar si el perfil del candidato es adecuado. El objetivo es alinear al candidato con AIESEC
