Christmas History-
Christmas is one of the most popular festivals around the world.
The approaching winter season indicates us that Christmas is around and we usually associate the winter with the Christmas celebration and with 25th December as the birth of Lord Christ
However the history of Christmas dates back over 4000 years and it tells us that celebration during the winter season were common, even way before the Christ was born.
It has been celebrated at different places for different reasons and date of the celebration was fixed to be 25th December quite later.
Christmas Eve-
The day is preceded by Christmas Eve, which falls on December 24, and followed by eleven days of the festival, ending on January 6.
On Christmas Eve, houses are cleaned from top to bottom and are decorated beautifully with lights and other lovely festoons
Planning dinners on Christmas Eve is a tradition that follows since a long time. Usually, a typical Christmas Eve is celebrated by organizing a family dinner or an elaborate meal

El Mtro. JAVIER SOLIS NOYOLA crea y desarrolla el “ROMPECABEZAS DE ECUACIONES DE 1ER. GRADO OLIMPIADA DE PARÍS 2024”. Esta actividad de aprendizaje propone retos de cálculo algebraico mediante ecuaciones de 1er. grado, y viso-espacialidad, lo cual dará la oportunidad de formar un rompecabezas. La intención didáctica de esta actividad de aprendizaje es, promover los pensamientos lógicos (convergente) y creativo (divergente o lateral), mediante modelos mentales de: atención, memoria, imaginación, percepción (Geométrica y conceptual), perspicacia, inferencia, viso-espacialidad. Esta actividad de aprendizaje es de enfoques lúdico y transversal, ya que integra diversas áreas del conocimiento, entre ellas: matemático, artístico, lenguaje, historia, y las neurociencias.

4. INFORMACIÓN
Altepexi (AFI: [alte'pexi]) (en nahuatl: atl, tepexi, ‘agua,
cerro’‘Agua que cae del cerro’)?[4][5] es uno de los 217
municipios del estado mexicano de Puebla. Se localiza
en el sureste de la entidad y forma parte de la región
económica VII de Tehuacán.
El municipio de Altepexi se localiza en el sureste del
estado de Puebla. Limita al norte con el municipio de
Tehuacán; al oriente, con Ajalpan; al sur, con
Zinacatepec y San José Miahuatlán; y al poniente, con
San Gabriel Chilac.4 Posee una superficie de 63,78
km².
Presenta 2 climas caracterizadas al valle de Tehuacán:
semicalido con lluvias en verano y escasas a lo largo
del año. Clima seco y cálido, el más seco de los
esteparios ocupa la parte sur del municipioSolo al
sureste presenta pastizal inducido donde se tiene
ganado caprino y matorral desértico rosetófilo, asociado
con vegetación secundaria arbustiva.
6. TRADICIONESEl 1 y 2 de noviembre se celebra el día de los santos y fieles
difuntos, En el cual como es tradición por la mañana se asiste
al panteón municipal, a pasar un rato en las tumbas de sus
fallecidos, y por la noche niños junto con sus padres visitan a
sus padrinos llevan una hojaldra un cartón de cerveza y
refrescos y los padrinos le das a sus ahijados dulces y ropa
Celebración del 15 de septiembre por las fiestas patrias
con el grito de independencia
El grito es por parte del presidente municipal el cual es
quien pone un grupo musical y juegos artificiales
también en el cual también hay una reina de las fiestas
patrias
Ofrendas el día de muertos. el cual debe contener las
comidas , bebidas y frutas favoritas para cada difunto a
los hombres se les coloca en tenates y a las mujeres en
canastas a las 12 de la mañana que se dice es la hora en
la que legan ellos se prende un copal, para que estén
agusto .
7. También hay celebraciones en navidad y año nuevo las cuales,
en navidad las familias se juntan para darse la felicitación y en
año nuevo la mayoría de familias asisten a la iglesia y dando
las 12 según la creencia es comer 12 uvas según cada uva es
un mes del año y también es la quema de viejitos el cual es
una representación de adiós años viejo hola año nuevo
Celebración de la virgen de Guadalupe
Ese día para los católicos es uno muy especial, nosotros
los altepejanos vamos a su capilla y a los niños los visten
de indios y en la capilla se celebra ese día con una misa
en casa de la virgen de Guadalupe
8. COSTUMBRES
FERIA DE SAN JUAN NOPOMUSENO
Se festeja el día 16 de Mayo que es el día del santo Juan
N.
A esta feria asisten juegos mecánicos donde los habitantes
de la comunidad disfrutan de la fiesta y también
agradeciendo al santo patrón San Juan Nepomuceno
Feria del 4 de Octubre en la cual se celebran al santo
patrón San Francisco de Asís y en esa feria se llevan
acabo bailes y quema de castillos y todo eso es por
parte de los mayordomos quienes son personas que de
esa manera agradecen a el santo patrón por lo que
ahora poseen , a esta feria asisten los juegos mecánicos
y es un ambiente agradable para sus ciudadanos
9. Hay un certamen de belleza antes de la feria patronal para
saber quien será la futura “Señorita san Francisco”
Las bodas, son eventos religiosos que suelen durar 3 días
aproximadamente el primer día solo se reúnen los familiares mas
importantes y hay una pequeña comida el segundo día vas a casa de la
novia en el cual la comida es barbacoa y hay baile en el tercer día van a
casa del novio hay mole y baile
En las bodas los que se casan les dan ropa a los
padrinos mas importantes y lo que les dan es a las
mujeres un vestido bordado con su reboso de seda
negro y a los hombres un paliacate pero en la
actualidad también ya se les da un corte para un
pantalón

14. DANZAS TÍPICAS
Esta la danza de los antiaguitos Esta danza, forma parte del complejo
de la “morisma”, tuvo su origen alrededor del siglo XII en la península
ibérica, su temática se basa en la lucha de España por la reconquista de
los espacios cristianos invadidos por los musulmanes. Al llegar los
españoles a América imponen a los vencidos su cultura de conquista.
El jarabe de la comunidad se san francisco altepexi, la cual se baile en
parejas (hombre y mujer) y se dice que se bailaba en las bodas para
festejar su casamiento
