Este documento describe el aprendizaje de lenguas asistido por computadora (ALAC), incluyendo sus etapas evolutivas (conductista, comunicativa e integral) y los roles de la tecnología, profesor y alumno. Define ALAC como el área de enseñanza y aprendizaje de segundas lenguas con tecnología a pesar de sugerencias regulares para revisar el término.

2. What is (CALL)?
- Computer-assisted language learning (CALL). This term is widely used to refer to the area
of technology and second language teaching and learning despite the fact that revisions
for the term are suggested regularly (Chapelle, 2001, p. 3).
