2. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA TAREA:
Busca información sobre la Exploración, diagnóstico y terapia manipulativa en la articulación del
tobillo
Busca esa información en la base de datos CINAHL tanto en la búsqueda libre como en los
descriptores.
Limita la búsqueda a publicaciones arbitradas publicadas a partir de 2010
De la búsqueda por descriptores, exporta dichas referencias a Mendeley y realiza la bibliografía
en formato Vancouver
3. PRIMER PASO: BÚSQUEDA LIBRE
Debemos realizar una estrategia de búsqueda de:
Exploración, diagnóstico y terapia manipulativa en la articulación del tobillo
Por lo que debemos determinar nuestros términos para posteriormente
buscarlos en DeCS y utilizar el descriptor en inglés en la base de datos
CINAHL, base de datos a la que accedemos a través de la Biblioteca de
la Salud de la Universidad de Sevilla.
Nuestros términos son: Exploración, Diagnóstico, Terapia Manipulativa,
Articulación del Tobillo.

Tenemos que tener en cuenta que las publicaciones arbitradas son las académicas.

Buscamos nuestro primer descriptor Physical Examination y seleccionamos buscar
términos adicionales para seguir con nuestra búsqueda de descriptores

En este caso hemos buscado Diagnosis que lo uniremos con OR a nuestro anterior
descriptor. Posteriormente, clicaremos en buscar términos adicionales

Seguidamente, hemos buscado Manual Therapy que lo uniremos con OR al resto de
descriptores. Posteriormente, clicaremos en bases de datos de investigación.
