1. Preludio de nuestra próxima
parada en la Plaça de
Vila. La oferta de
restaurantes de lujo
ha evolucionado
y ha recuperado
los sabores más
esenciales. Es
media tarde y
que mejor que
pà torrat amb
sobrassada de
Companatge,
y una tabla de
botifarra negra y
blanca, ventre farcit
y formatge. Todo de
elaboración artesanal y
acompañado de una copa de vi pagès.
Es una buena manera de coger fuerzas
antes de asomarnos al baluart de Santa
Llùcia, desde donde disfrutar de las
fantásticas vistas del puerto de Ibiza y
deleitarnos con la mejora de los barrios
de La Marina y Sa Penya.
“Siboneeey al arrullo de la
palma pienso en ti.
Ven a miiií que te quiero y de todo tesoro
eres tú para mi…” Retomamos camino
hasta la parte más alta, pero esta vez
nuestra ruta artesanal no nos llevará
hasta la Catedral. Llegamos solo hasta
el final de calle Joan Roman donde se
encuentra el convent de Sant Cristòbal,
con una bonita capilla abierta a la
vista de los viajeros y donde se pueden
comprar, flaò, orelletes y otros dulces
elaborados de manera artesanal por
las monjas que lo habitan. Y con sabor
a dulce en la memoria retomamos el
camino de bajada, y nos adentramos
como en un agujero negro perdido
en el tiempo: el túnel que atraviesa la
casamata construido en los años 60,
el Baluart de Sant Joan. A la salida nos
alegra redescubrir el carrer de sa Creu,
Annibal, Antoni Palau, y alrededores,
repletos de tiendas con el sello Adlib
Ibiza: Piluca Bayarri, Tony Bonet Elisa
Pomar… Fruto de una industria artesanal
consolidada.

que todo tesoro eres tú para
mí. Siboneeeey…”
Hacemos la última parada en el Obelisco
onumento a los Corsarios. En frente y
donde antaño había una pastelería mítica
se levanta ahora Mieles Ibiza Falticska,
que surge de entre los bazares como
explosión de vida, testimonio de la vuelta
a nuestros orígenes. En todos y cada uno
de los botes de miel y especialmente
los de polen, se concentra la esencia
de la vida, esencia de las plantas que la
madre tierra nos ofrece, con todos sus
nutrientes, proteínas, minerales
y vitaminas para así llenar de vitalidad
nuestro organismo.
