6. Certificate of custom clearance.
7. Certificate of goods circulation.
8. Certificate of weight report for gold bars (Certificate of Assay Report issued
by Laboratory of Geological Department).
9. Certificate of package (Packing list).
10. Survey Department Export Permit
11. Export Form ‘A2’ Customs
12. Seller's declaration that the goods are not of criminal origin and are unencumbered
and free and clear of any liens.

DELIVERY TERMS & PROCEDURES
The delivery terms for this Sales and Purchase Agreement shall be on CIF (By Air Freight] to the Buyer’s destination)
I. Seller issues a FCO.
II. Seller and Buyer sign this “Agreement for the Purchase and Sale of Gold Bars”
III. Invoice is issued by the Seller to the Buyer.
IV. Consignee as per Airway bill shall be: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

a- Within a maximum of five (5) banking days, after acknowledgement of purchase Contract the Seller shall commence shipment
of the Gold Bars to the Buyer’s agreed destination, according to buyer’s instructions.
b- The export taxes, export documentation, freight costs and other expenses during Export to the Buyer’s destination is to be
borne by the Seller.
c- Prior to aircraft departure from point of origin, Seller will notify Buyer, with the airline name, flight number, dates and time of
departure and arrival and will send the set of documents and certificates so the buyer will notify the custom prior the shipment.
d- Buyer will clear shipment of gold bars through Customs. Seller and Buyer will proceed to the refinery where the gold will be
refined. Seller shall present all the gold shipment documents to the refinery.
e- Buyer is responsible for assaying and all charges at his nominated refinery. The Gold bars goes into the account of the seller
at the Refinery on arrival. At the end of the refining process, the refinery shall present a copy of The Refinery Final Assay
Report to the Buyer and Seller, for acceptance.
f- After the final assay, the Buyer shall transfer the funds into the Seller’s nominated account via the SWIFT Bank wire within
Three (3) banking days.
g- Buyer is not responsible for Sellers Air ticket and hotel accommodation or other costs.

DOCUMENTOS de cada envío yentrega deberánser identificados con todos los números y códigos de referencia. El vendedor debe

12. Declaración del vendedor que las mercancías no son de origen criminal y son
no comprometidas y libres de cualquier gravamen.

CONDICIONES de entrega y procedimientos
Los plazos de entrega esta venta y contrato de compraventa será el CIF (por flete aéreo] al destino del comprador)

a- En un plazo máximo de cinco 5 días de banca, después reconocimiento de compra contrato elvendedor comenzará el envío de las
barras de oro al comprador de acuerdo destino, según las instrucciones del comprador.
b- Los impuestos de exportación, documentación de exportación, fletes y otros gastos durante es exportación a destino del comprador
correrán a cargo del vendedor.
c- Antes de la salida de aviones desde el punto de origen, el vendedor notificará a comprador, con el nombre de línea aérea de, número,
fechas y horas de salida y llegada del vuelo y enviará elconjunto de documentos y certificados para elcomprador notificará la medida
antes del envío.
d- Comprador de claro envío de lingotes de oro por la aduana.
e- El vendedor y el comprador procederán a la refinería donde el oro será refinado. el vendedor deberá presentar todos los documentos de
envío de oro a la refinería.
f- el comprador es responsable de ensayo y todos los cargos en su refinería de nominados. Barras del oro entra en la cuenta del vendedor
en la refinería a la llegada. Al final del proceso de refinamiento, la refinería deberá presentar una copia del Final de la refinería de
Informe de ensayo para elcomprador y el vendedor, para la aceptación.
g- después del ensayo final, el comprador deberá transferir los fondos en la cuenta del vendedor nominada vía el cable SWIFT banco
dentro de los tres 3 días de banca.
h- comprador no es responsable de vendedores aire billete y hotel alojamiento o otros costos.
