Este documento describe la estructura organizacional y los principios de trabajo de la unidad de "Organizational Agility" en trivago Palma. La unidad se basa en pilares como guilds, equipos cross-funcionales llamados squads, y un nuevo modelo de liderazgo. Ellos facilitan la experimentación, el aprendizaje y la formación continua a través de talleres y otras actividades. Su objetivo es promover la agilidad, la transparencia y la creación de valor en toda la organización.
