Francisco Alberto Sandoval Noreña received the B.S. degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (UTPL), and the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO), in 2008, and 2013, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering with École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS), University of Quebec, Canada. Since October 2008, he has worked at UTPL as an assistant professor at Computer Science and Electronic Department (DCCE). His research interests include wireless communications, communication theory, RF propagation and signal processing.
