Cementerio Inglés de Málaga: historia, personajes y cultura
1. ENGLISH CEMETRY
Renembering the dead
Christians believed that people who comitted
major crimes or sins went straight to hell when
they died, where they burned forever. Minor
sinners went to Purgatory, where they had to
suffer for their sins before going to Heaven.
Catholics in many countries make special food for
the dead in the form of skulls, bones, skeletons or
even coffins. This food is then left on the grave or
members of the family have a picnic near the
grave and sing and talk about their dead relatives.
2. ENGLISH CEMETRY

and Acholi people go to them to pray before
hunting or harvesting, or if there is a problem in
the family.

15. LENGUA
a graves epidemias y resultaron tristemente
grimas.
