1. Actitude positiva, cómo lograrla.
La actitud que tomas frente a los problemas o sucesos que se te presentan
cotidianamente es finalmente la que determina la dimensión e importancia de los
mismos. Recuerda que hay dos formas de ver el vaso: medio lleno y puedes alegrarte al
observar la mitad llena o puedes preocuparte por la mitad vacía.
Esto no es ni más ni menos que una cuestión de dos actitudes antagónicas: la actitud
positiva y la actitud negativa. Sin dejar de ser realista o soñador, puedes transformarte
en una persona más positiva y creativa para vivir las circunstancias de una manera
menos traumática y más relajada.
Por eso, para dejar de ver todo negro y cultivar una verdadera "actitud positiva", se han
propuesto 10 reglas de oro que, si se siguen al pie de la letra, harán de ti una nueva
persona:
1. Relájate y respira profundo
Si algo te salió mal o te sientes un poco depresivo, lo mejor que puedes hacer es
distenderte y concentrarte en la respiración. Se ha comprobado que los métodos de
relajación ayudan a deshacerse de los pensamientos negativos, favorecen el control de
las emociones y purifican el cuerpo.
2. Haz lo que piensas
Si piensas una cosa y terminas haciendo otra totalmente diferente, te sentirás
inconforme contigo mismo. Trata de evitar las conductas contradictorias, sobre todo si
no quieres que te invada un profundo sentimiento de fracaso existencial.
3. Aprende a ver el lado positivo de las cosas
Debes aprender que en la vida no todos los momentos son buenos, hay algunos peores
que otros e incluso algunos son indeseables. La clave esta en aceptar los hechos que son

comparaciones como las idealizaciones de cómo deberías ser tú y de cómo deberían ser
las cosas, son muy perjudiciales para tu salud mental y tu autoestima.

pensamientos altamente negativos que debes aprender a controlar para evitar sentirte
deprimido.
Lo mejor es aceptarte tal cual eres y tratar de cambiar aquellas cosas que te molestan de
ti mismo, pero dejando de lado las comparaciones, pues cada persona es única.
5. Vive el presente
Si piensas continuamente en lo que debes o puedes hacer en el futuro te pierdes de vivir
el presente. Además este tipo de pensamientos alimentan la ansiedad y las
preocupaciones y no te permiten disfrutar de los pequeños momentos que te da la vida.
Para dejar de divagar y angustiarte por lo que todavía no sucedió, nada mejor que
centrar todos tus sentidos en el aquí y ahora, sin dejar de lado los sueños y los
proyectos.
6. Olvídate de los detalles
La obsesión por la perfección sólo puede conducirte a la desilusión. Pues no todo es tan
perfecto como siempre pretendes que sea, la vida está llena de pequeños detalles que la
hacen encantadora y única.
Si deseas que todo esté de acuerdo a tu esquema de valores te pasarás todo el tiempo
tratando de acomodar esos detalles para que se vean perfectos, pero le quitará el sabor
de disfrutar las cosas tal cual se presentan. Busca un equilibrio y deja de lado el exceso
de perfeccionismo, te sentirás mejor.
7. Mueve el cuerpo
Pasa cuanto antes a la acción y permítele al cuerpo moverse con total libertad. Practica
un deporte, haz alguna actividad física, recrea tu mente a través del baile o de un paseo
por el parque. De esta forma elevas tus niveles de adrenalina y serotonina aumentando
el optimismo y desechando los pensamientos negativos, por tanto ayudandote a
conseguir una actitud positiva.
8. Cuida tu imagen
Verse bien es una manera de sentirse bien. El cuidado personal te hará sentir más
renovado y te ayudará a romper el círculo cerrado del pesimismo. Intenta cambiar de
imagen regularmente y no dudes en arreglarte cada vez que sales de tu casa. Asimismo
