todas sus demandas sean cumplidas, sino que

cuando el cliente tenga un punto válido.
57. La mayoría de las discusiones entre un colaborador y un
cliente difícil empeoran porque hay una falta de
entendimiento. El cliente puede sentirse enojado porque
el empleado no se preocupa lo suficiente por entender
el problema, hacerle saber al cliente que harás lo posible
por resolver sus problemas, establecerás que harás lo
posible en ayudar.
58. Recuerda que otros clientes observarán la situación,
imagínate que tienes un público en frente, para
aprender a calmarte durante unas situación difícil.
Nunca debes permitir que tus clientes te vean
comportándote mal.
59. Discúlpate con el cliente, cualquier empleado de la
empresa es capaz de disculparse por las molestias
causadas, sin importar cuál sea su cargo. Mira al cliente y
asegúrate que tu expresión y voz sean sinceros. Luego
dile que en nombre de la empresa, lamentas mucho las
molestias y harás lo posible por ayudarlo.
60. Habla con tu supervisor, es una buena medida que lo
hagas incluso si el cliente no te pide contactarlo, tu
supervisor tendrá mayor autoridad para resolver la
situación, además le darás la responsabilidad de
satisfacer al cliente .
61. Hazle una promesa al cliente que puedas cumplir,
ofrecerle una solución o promesa a un cliente difícil,
para después no cumplirla, es una de las peores cosas
que puedes hacer, el cliente se sentirá absolutamente
frustrado si lo haces. Si no estás seguro de algo, habla
con tu supervisor, no tomes una decisión apresurada
bajo presión.
62. Termine la conversación lo más positivamente,
incluso si resolviste el problema exactamente como
el cliente quería y este sigue enojado, no permitas
que se vaya indignado. Agradécele por su paciencia y
prométele que harás todo lo posible para que su
próxima experiencia sea óptima.
