Este documento resume los resultados de un estudio clínico que evaluó tres modelos de lentes intraoculares trifocales difractivas (AT LISA TRI, PANOPTIX y FINEVISION). Los resultados mostraron que PANOPTIX ofreció la mejor agudeza visual intermedia, mientras que FINEVISION tuvo un buen rendimiento en los tres focos y TRILISA ofreció un perfil similar a FINEVISION, aunque requirió precaución debido a fenómenos fóticos e inestabilidad refractiva.
