Estimados lectores,
Han pasado ya meses desde el lanza-
miento de nuestro primer número de
esta revista que ya forma parte de nues-
tra identidad corporativa en ‘Belleza en
Gotas’. Primero porque hemos querido
que sea un vehículo de comunicación en-
tre la clínica y vosotros. Y por otro lado,
porque en el contenido tomamos en cuen-
ta vuestras sugerencias y preguntas sobre
temas que pueden significar mucho en
vuestro entorno y en vuestras vidas.
El pasado mes de Junio trasladamos
nuestra clínica de Barcelona a un es-
pacio exclusivo, amplio y adaptado a las
necesidades y oferta de servicios que en
la actualidad disponemos. Estamos muy
contentos con el resultado y esperamos
poder contar muy pronto con vuestra vi-
sita. Al estar en constante evolución y
ampliación del concepto de la Medicina
Estética que trabajamos, nos vemos en la
necesidad de ajustar los espacios de igual
modo. Estoy seguro de que la nueva clíni-
ca en Barcelona os gustará mucho.
Nuevas sedes de ‘Belleza en Gotas’ están
a la vista. Porque queremos llegar a más
personas y a más comunidades. O quizás
volver donde nos han tratado tan bien y
que no hemos olvidado. Os iremos infor-

is already part of our corporate identity
in ‘Belleza en Gotas’. The main reason
behind this wait is that we wanted this
magazine to be a communication ve-
hicle between the clinic and you. And
in second place, because content wise,
we take into account your suggestions
and questions on topics that can mean
a lot to you.
Last June we moved our clinic in
Barcelona to a new, exclusive space
that is spacious and adapted to the
needs and services that we currently
offer. We are very happy with the result
and we hope to be able to count on
your visit very soon. Being in constant
evolution and expansion of the Aesthetic
Medicine concept that we believe in, we
find ourselves with the need to adjust
the spaces accordingly. I am sure that

11. LA VALORACIÓN
ANTES DE COMENZAR A ENTRENAR
El ejercicio físico en la sociedad actual
está vinculado a bienestar físico y también
psicológico, siendo cada vez más frecuen-
te una edad de inicio avanzada. Nunca es
tarde para comenzar a cuidarnos.
Al iniciar un entrenamiento deportivo,
sea cual sea, es de vital importancia la
valoración por un médico especialista
en Medicina de la Educación Física y del
Deporte, en la que se realizará un his-
torial médico completo que incluirá los
antecedentes de salud además de los
deportivos, de patologías y/o lesiones y
antecedentes de salud, entre otros.
En dicha valoración se establecerán
también los objetivos y metas a con-
seguir mediante el entreno, así como
el tiempo para lograrlos. Aquí será im-
portante tener objetivos asumibles y un
tiempo lo suficientemente largo para po-
der lograrlos.
Dependiendo de la edad del depor-
tista, se realizarán pruebas específicas
para completar la valoración y así poder
validar una condición física apta para la
práctica deportiva.
En pacientes con patologías como lo
son la Hipertensiòn Arterial y la Dia-
betes Mellitus, esta primera valoración
adquiere mucha importancia ya que se
pautará el Deporte y el escenario más
adecuado para que el paciente manten-
ga su estado de salud óptimo y además
logre una mejora en su estado físico,
que sin duda le aportará beneficios en la
salud general.
El entrenamiento para los deportistas
más jóvenes debe ser un lugar de diver-
sión, un lugar de socialización que les per-
mita además empezar a formarse como
personas para la sociedad. No hay mejor
forma de conducir la juventud hacia con-
textos afectivos y humanos saludables.
El concepto integral del Deporte in-
cluye el ejercicio físico, además de la
Nutrición Deportiva y la suplementación
adaptada a las necesidades individuales,
lo que hace que esta rama de la Medici-
na resulte tan atractiva y diferente. Cada
paciente necesita un plan deportivo a su
medida y con matices propios.

When starting a sports training, no mat-

specialist in Physical Education and Sports
Medicine is very important. The
specialist will complete a
medical history that will
include the health back-
ground in addition to the
sports experience, and

juries, among others.
The objectives and goals
to be achieved through the
training will also be established
in this evaluation, as well as the
time to achieve them. Here it will be impor-

adequate time to be able to achieve them.

Con el nuevo C evolution, disponible en dos
versiones – la versión “Long Range” y la versión
europea que cumple con los requisitos del carnet
de conducir A1 - BMW Motorrad sube ahora el
listón en el segmento de los scooters eléctricos.
Con una nueva generación de baterías con una
capacidad de celdas de 94 Ah, como las que se
usan en el actual BMW i3, la autonomía se amplia
de forma significativa. Es más, ahora se incluye
un nuevo cable de carga con un diámetro menor
de serie. Nuevos accesorios, como la base para
Smartphone, también hacen que ahora haya más
formas de personalizar el BMW C evolution.
En el nuevo C evolution Long Range la entrega
continua es de 19 kW (26 cv), 8 kW (11 cv) más que
en el modelo anterior, mientras la autonomía se
ha ampliado de forma significativa a aproxima-
damente 160 kilómetros. La velocidad máxima es
de 129 km/h (limitada electrónicamente). En la
versión para el carnet de conducir A1 (sólo para
Europa), el nuevo C evolution tiene una potencia
de 11 kW (15 cv). La autonomía aquí es de unos 100
kilómetros, con una velocidad punta de 120 km/h.
El nuevo BMW C evolution se pone ahora bajo los
focos con una apariencia visual refinada. Ambas
versiones del nuevo C evolution están disponibles
con los nuevos acabados de pintura Plata Ión
metalizado / Verde Eléctrico, combinados con el
color de contraste Negro Tormenta metalizado.
Un nuevo diseño gráfico se ha añadido al puente
central de la versión “Long Range”.

the bar in the electric scooters market. A new
generation of batteries with a capacity of 94 Ah

The new C evolution Long Range has a con-

Yo siempre recomiendo que hay que ponerse en manos
de profesionales expertos. Con él he aprendido a dejarme
asesorar y escucharle. Muchas veces los pacientes pen-
samos que sabemos lo que necesitamos y no es cierto en
muchos casos.
¿Qué valores destacas en el Dr. Gómez León como diferen-

He visto su trabajo en muchas personas que conozco y
desde la primera visita, la persona se va encantada, ade-
más de que entabla esa conexión especial, como un don.

Amor por mi trabajo, me gusta decir
cuando tengo que explicar porque me
dedico a “ESTO”.
Una ocupación así, donde los límites
los pone tu propia creatividad, exige
una dedicación y casi una filosofía en
cuanto al modo de ver la s cosas, ha-
cerlas bellas e interpretar este bagaje
para ponerte al servicio del cliente con
su proyecto personal, tanto privado,
público, profesional o comercial.
Todo esto me lleva a perseguir la
complicidad necesaria para una buena
motivación e implicación con el clien-
te en cada nuevo proyecto. Juntos
iniciamos, por tanto, el camino para
conseguir transformar, armonizar
y crear ese espacio con el paisaje y
escenario buscado, partiendo siempre
de una premisa para mí muy impor-
tante: un proyecto le falta para estar
bien acabado la impronta que deja el
uso del mismo con sus vivencias, “vivo
o trabajo a gusto aquí y exactamente
no se porque”. Con estas palabras, el
objetivo está cumplido. Y sigo amando
mi trabajo.
