23. In the years following the experience described above I have used guided
fantasies regularly in classes of all levels and all ages for training various specific
language areas and also for different pedagogical purposes. It has been
astonishing for me how this work has helped to intensify the level of participation
of my students in the lessons, their awareness and concentration and their ways
of communicating with each other. I have never followed a certain pattern of how
often I used guided fantasies in my classes (???). Several times (?) I felt a guided
fantasy would help to make a lesson more interesting and motivating, and
frequently my students asked me for another fantasy as a change to everyday
work.

corriendo. A continuación, Andrés se hizo famoso y rico,
pero no era feliz. Una noche tuvo un sueño. En el sueño,
la anciana le habló de una flor mágica en el jardín;

34. I was really surprised. I had asked the students of one group to read out aloud the summary
which they had built by putting the paper slips into the right order. Then I gave them some
time and asked them to study the texts carefully. After collecting the paper slips I fixed the
story board poster on the board. It was incredible. I had never done this activity before in
my class and I had not even set the task - immediately after my students had seen the
poster they began trying to reconstruct the text. I seemed completely in this phase. The
students seemed to be involved in this text puzzle, talking to themselves and their
partners, trying to reconstruct the text. They did not stop before they would not have
finished.
