El pace de las
tecnologías
emergentes
En el año 2000 comenzaban a madurar los
portales empresariales (CMS), las webs y las
tecnologías inhablámbricas. La voz sobre IP la
conexión de banda ancha, pero los micro-pagos
todavía estaban en su etapa temprana de
desarrollo.

Select a breakthrough idea that delivers a minimum 10x
improvement over the status quo. Let’s note that we
don’t begin with the core idea — that way you’re not
tied to a particular solution, but rather the problem
space.
• Build your Business Model Canvas
• Find your Business Model — basically, how will you
make money?
• Build the Minimum Viable Product / MVP
• Validate marketing & sales channels
• Organize so that core mission-critical functions are
occurring outside the core organization
• Aim to be a platform. Successful ExOs

STRATEGY It is indisputable that without a clear strategy, anyone can be part of the transformation. The vision
must be clear and well transmitted to all people. The digital transformation is a road map and
everyone is involved. C-Levels must change mindset and create a new transformative DNA.
CULTURE
TALENT
TECHNOLOGY
Creating a “new way of doing here” or culture of transformation will be the how to
encourage your people to involve the transformation, if impossible without they
commitment. To create the foundation for that culture, workshops, methodology,
information, communication, murals and more tools are important, everything count
to embed it into the company.
Business and IT must understand that they won’t win the race if they don’t work as a
team. They need to realize the needs, objectives and environment of the other peer
side (empathy). Right talent and team configuration is key to deliver any product
with quality and time-to-market with the agile and devops as a foundation to create
and operate.
Finally, I’ll make business transformation possible using the correct tool and the correct way of
using it. Like Abraham Lincoln said “Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the
first four sharpening the axe”. We’ll need good technology and partners that helps us to improve
our business and technology indicators. This is well known by IT guys but they need to capture
the real impact of using these tools to bring business improvement.

valor "
Business Prop
Lean Canvas Value Prop
