Simulation model of Tesla coil has been successfully completed, and has been verified the procedure and functioning. The literature and documentation for the model were taken from the rich sources, especially the copies of Tesla patents. The oscillating system‟s electrical scheme consists of the voltage supply 220/50 Hz, Fe transformer, capacitor and belonging chosen electrical components, the air gap in the primary Tesla coil (air transformer) and spark gap in the exit of the coil. The investigation of the oscillating process Tesla coil‟s system using the simulation model in MATLAB & SIMULINK have given the exact solution the enigma named the generating high voltage and high frequency the Tesla‟s coil. The inductance voltage from the spark current in the primary (coil) with its high voltage impulse excites the oscillating series circuit Ce-L3-R3 on the secondary of the air transformer to its own damped oscillations.

Hygiene practices have effects on vulvovaginal microbiota. Specific products for intimate female hygiene are available in the market, such as the sanitary pads. Since these pads were introduced in the market , they became the focus of research that seek to improve their shape, manufacturing processes and the properties of materials used in order to provide more benefits to users. Thus, the present study aimed to characterize the fabrics used in daily sanitary pads, focusing on the development of future products. The spectra generated by FTIR/ATR suggest that the samples were composed of polypropylene. The photomicrographs showed that the polymeric outer layer was made of nonwoven fabric manufactured by spunbond and point bonding processes.

Traffic congestion problems in the area of education is a problem that must be addressed, especially in the city of Makassar. it happens due to the large volume of traffic around the area of education that lead to urban transportation problems such as traffic congestion, air pollution and noise pollution .. This study aimed to analyze the social and economic characteristics of the trip students into public universities in Makassar. The method used is the spatial analysis and determine the pattern of residential students using open source QGIS program. The analysis showed generally college students to use motorcycles, and student residential patterns are clusters.
Harmonics Reduction of Multilevel Inverter Drive Using Sine Carrier Pulse Wid...IJERA Editor
The main objective of this paper is to control the speed of an induction motor by using seven level diode clamped multilevel inverter and improve the high quality sinusoidal output voltage with reduced harmonics. The presented scheme for diode clamped multilevel inverter is sine carrier Pulse Width Modulation control. An open loop speed control can be achieved by using V/ƒ method. This method can be implemented by changing the supply voltage and frequency applied to the three phase induction motor at constant ratio. The presented system is an effective replacement for the conventional method which has high switching losses, its result ends in a poor drive performance. The simulation result portrays the effective control in the motor speed and an enhanced drive performance through reduction in total harmonic distortion (THD). The effectiveness of the system is verified through simulation using PSIM6.1 Simulink package
The surface soil moisture content (SSMC) is of great importance to the discipline of hydrology as well as to the other relevant studies and applications. Pioneer studies have pointed out that the most promising technique to retrieve SSMC regarding to accuracy and cost-effective belongs to the micro-wave remote sensing. By means of field observed SSMC dataset collected from the Yihe watershed located on the Linyi district, Shangdong province, China, we analyzed and validated the daily AMER-E SSMC products for the year of 2006 with the focus to examine the products quality of AMER-E SSMC for further studies by using the products. The results suggested that the temporal variation trend of AMER-E remotely sensed SSMC is reasonably consistent to the field observed, but is systematic lower than the ground truth in value in the whole year. The correspondence of AMSR-E SSMC product is significant enough compared with the field observed for the whole year except of the month of July and August.

The research presents as a cooperation network can provide a collective learning environment, represented mainly by the dynamics of interaction that occurs between companies through the emergence of interorganizational learning and innovation practices. Thus, this article aims to investigate what the main practices of inter-organizational learning and innovation in existing partner organizations in the Union network of Clothing Manufacturers of Taquaral / Goiás and region (UCMT / GOIÁS), trying to understand how they occur. As a research strategy, we opted for an exploratory research, with qualitative and quantitative approach through case study. In the survey results found that learning companies are contributing to the improvement of production processes and the introduction of new products by companies. It was found that the associated companies had access to new concepts and know-how of production, knowledge providers and representatives, knowledge about new technologies and raw materials, creating their brands and new product designs, as well as a better understanding of business cooperative system. Moreover, the experience of formal and informal situations of inter-organizational learning, which offered chances to UCMT entrepreneurs so that they could share skills, experiences and know-how promoted on the network, an intense sharing tacit knowledge environment, key resource for sustainability of competitive advantages in the long term. Thus, the creation of the Network enabled knowledge to be shared, bringing benefits to members, such as production processes, suppliers, raw materials, technology and market.
Lean Construction - Approach Capable of Dealing with Complexity and UncertaintyIJERA Editor
The construction projects involve various risk factors which have various impacts on objective that may lead to low productivity and time-overrun. One way of contributing to the productivity improvement is to implement lean. Lean or lean thinking was implemented for the first time by the car manufacturer Toyota and has been used in the manufacturing industry for decades. In the construction sector, lean have not been implemented as much as in the manufacturing industry and therefore there is room to take lean further in construction projects. The aim with lean in construction projects is to utilize the resources as labor and material better to get less waste, fewer delays and lower costs or, in other words, to minimize the Non-Value adding Activities. The objectives of this paper are to provide with fundamental knowledge and benefits of Lean Construction and its capability to enhance performance in construction thus the quality of life for future Indian construction sector.
2. JUSTIFICACIÓN
El plan de adiestramiento formara al personal docente que labora en la
Universidad Beta en Panamá, en algunos aspectos tecnológicos
importantes para el trabajo a desarrollar con los estudiantes,
despertando su interés por la tecnología, ya que podrán hacer uso de
Moodle como alternativa en el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje, que los
estudiantes requieren en la actualidad. El docente debe prepararse para
conocer lo que el estudiante quiere y desea hacer ayudándolo en “
APRENDER HACIENDO”. Se dará en la modalidad virtual en la plataforma
de e-learning, destinada para la misma. El acoplamiento será tutoriada
por las personas seleccionadas, tendrán una exigencia de tiempo mínima
un 80% para que las actividades se desarrollen de la mejor manera.
3. La metodología a seguir estará basada en PACIE, la cual busca la introducción de e-
learning dentro de los procesos educativos. Es una metodología de trabajo en línea a
través de un Campus Virtual, que permite manejar de la mejor manera, este proceso de
evolución, tanto en los procesos reales convencionales, como en los institucionales, de
enseñar en el aula a guiar por Internet como un soporte adicional a los recursos didácticos
usados por nosotros actualmente en las clases”. Se hace necesario destacar que los
docentes del área de Postgrado de la Universidad BETA de Panamá, no posee
conocimiento alguno sobre el uso de plataformas Moodle y PACIE es una metodología de
fácil aprendizaje y completamente constructivista lo ayudaría a ese proceso de transición
de los docentes.
5. OBJETIVO GENERAL
Instruir a través del plan de adiestramiento a los docentes de la
Universidad Beta en Panamá para el mejoramiento del manejo de las
herramientas de las TICs .
OBJETIVOS ESPECIFICOS
Estructurar el programa de adiestramiento con aspectos, técnicos y herramientas para la
atención idónea de los docentes de la Universidad Beta.
Describir herramientas informáticas que ayuden al proceso enseñanza–aprendizaje a los
estudiantes de Postgrado de la Universidad Beta.
Elaborar un manual para el uso correcto del computador para que ayude a la formación de los
docentes de la Universidad Beta.
