11. UTLIDAD DE LAS TECNICAS EN EL ESTUDIO: DGGE: Fue utilizado para monitorear los cambios y diferencias en la comunidad de bacterias tomadas de las muestras fecales. PCR : Este proporciono los datos numéricos de abundancia para la microbiota fecal. PIROSECUENCIA: Este fue usado para determinar la abundancia y biodiversidad de la comunidad bacteriana en la muestra fecal y como fue su desarrollo bajo diversas condiciones. EXTRACCIÓN DE ADN: Para la separación de DNA genómico y además de esto obtener una muestra suficiente de las heces fecales.
