La alimentación enteral temprana estuvo asociada con un
riesgo disminuido de sepsis nosocomial en RN de MBPN,
pero no cambia en el riesgo de ECN. Estos hallazgos
apoyan el uso de la AET en esta población de alto
riesgo, pero esto tiene que ser confirmado en un
EAC más grande.
