Se usa pinza hemostatica
curva y un tenótomo.
EL paciente se coloca en decúbito
dorsal con el brazo extendido y
apoyado en el apoyabrazos.

En el extremo proximal del
vaso se coloca un pequeño
clamp vascular bulldog o
similar.
El extremo distal se secciona y liga
con seda o polipropileno.
Se puede usar un tunelizador de
prótesis para aproximar el injerto
Las prótesis de sutura con
polipropileno 6-0 o 7-0.
Las incisiones se cierran
por planos y se cubren con
gasas secas.
