Description:
Not so long ago, predictive modeling was a luxury item: a sophisticated tool used by big companies to squeeze another five or ten percent improvement from selected marketing programs. Today, it is rapidly becoming something that every company needs to survive.
The change is being driven by the speed of business. Shifts that formerly took weeks, months, or years can now occur in days, hours, or minutes as news flashes through online channels and social networks and customers change their behaviors in response. New products, new competitors, new messages, new applications, new problems, and new media can appear overnight. Hints about them are all buried in the “big data” of social media, Web behaviors, customer transactions, and product use, but can only be uncovered through techniques that work with big data volumes at big data velocity.
In this webinar, marketing technology expert David Raab from Raab Associates discusses why the time for predictive marketing is now and then explores practical applications of predictive marketing for B2B.
11-1 刺身 Sashimi and Sushi
I guess you are eager to enjoy typical Japanese food while staying in Japan.
Let me introduce two dishes, Raw Sliced fish meat, Sashimi and Sushi.
In my presentation,
I would like to explain how to cook and where you can enjoy.
These are my contents.
Sashimi
How to make it.
Sushi
Kaiten Zushi
----
First. Let me talk about the picture, Sashimi.
Most of Japanese family enjoy that at least 2 or 3 times in a week for the dinner.
Since it is easy to buy it. If you visit Japan, please buy it at the supermarket.
One plate costs 700-800yen for several people.
We, Japanese traditionally enjoy this kind of food because Japan is an island country. Japan is blessed with rich of seafood and fish being surrounded by sea on all sides.
We can get Vitamins-C from it for more than 600 years.
Raw fish meat contains a lot of vitamins.
11-2 How to cook
Most of them are prepared by professionals.
It must be fresh, since it was raw.
There is never any Food poisoning incident all over Japan since our government strictly control the implementation of preparing raw fresh food. They always send the staff to stores to check the quality of the raw food.
Certainly eating row food is very secured.
First, whole body of the fish was divided in to 3 parts.
Professionals remove the bones carefully from fillets and slice it skillfully.
When they serve sashimi, the color combination is very important because it is the one of the skills of the professionals. Some specific professionals can get the meat fish while it still alive and it is possible to make the skeleton of the fish to be able to swim.
This kind of performance is so expensive and you can also enjoy it at some exclusive party with the boss of the companies.
11-3 Sushi
Sushi is also famous Japanese food. The most common is "Nigiri zushi".Sushi is the small rice ball with Sashimi on it. Nigiri-zushi consists of small oval-shaped balls of rice seasoned with vinegar and topped with sashimi mostly raw but sometimes cooked.
Usually horse-radish(wasabi) is spread under these slices. If you don’t like it , you can easily order Sushi without that. You enjoy sushi lightly having dipped in soy sauce. Slices of pickled ginger may be served as a condiment. Sushi rolls are also common.
If you want to eat it, please visit Kaiten Sushi Shop. Tasty and reasonable.
One plate with two Nigiri-zushi costs around 200-300yen.
Kaiten-zushi is a type of inexpensive semi-self-service sushi restaurant.
Various kinds of sushi on small plates are traveling continuously on the conveyer belt passing along the counter seats.
You can take any plate that is available. The Color of plate shows its price.
Of course you can buy it at the supermarket for your lunch.
Please enjoy these Japanese food while you are staying Japan.
That’s all thank you.
