OFF.

display will present the message “ALHi” an then the last value of the
alarm. This temperature will always be at least 3 °C., higher than the
set point temperature. With the increase or decrease buttons you modify
the overshoot alarm value, once you have the desired value press the
menu button to record and step ahead in the configuration.

nuevo ciclo.

HEATING ELEMENT.
Immersion type heater elements are used to give complete heat transfer
and maximum heating efficiency. Heaters are damaged if no water is
used and life will be reduced when are operated above maximum
voltage. Operation at a voltage less that the above stated voltages, will
cause a drop in Sterilizer output. All the heating elements should be
considered perishable and therefore replaceable, however, a reasonable
care in its use will greatly extend the service life. Since the
manufacturer does not have control over the use and care of these
elements, no guarantee can be made.
ANALOGICAL STERILIZER OPERATION.
a.- Close the drain valve (8)
b.- Fill up with water at the rack base level .
c.-Put the rack with your material inside the chamber.
d.- Close the chamber with the lid (17) and tight the wheel (16).
e- Be sure that the switch (11) is in OFF before connecting.
f.- Open the relief valve (20) and close it according the next instruction.
It is important for a reliable sterilization that the cool air inside the
chamber be removed from there. For this purpose the relief valve (20)
must stay open at the beginning of each sterilization process and let the
steam goes out for approximately five minutes before you closed. With
this we are sure that the steam in the chamber is saturated.
g.- Put the switch (11) in the (Hi) position in order to reach the
operation pressure sooner (30 minutes approximately). It is important to
check the pressure in the gauge. When it reaches to 1.5 Kg/ cm2 . The
security valve (18) will start to release steam because it is factory
setting.
h.- After you reach the operation pressure, put the switch (11) in the
second position (Low) to keep the working pressure. If the pressure
drops or climb make the necessary adjustments in the switch, give the
sterilization time and then turn the Sterilizer OFF with the switch.

INTRODUCTION:
FELISA Automatic Sterilize are equipped with a digital
microprocessor-based control which operates with a platinum sensor
PT-100. This control has been designed with high quality and precision
components, All models with brilliancy display, operation temperature
from 100 to 130 °C and a resolution of 1 °C.
INSTALLATION.
Install your Sterilize using a connection of the adequate voltage. See the
label specification before connecting. The Sterilize can be installed on
any surface sufficiently firm and strong, leaving a minimum space of
15 cm. Between the Sterilize and any other vertical surface Keep the
area around free of any material to allow ventilation in the area of the
bottom. For correct operation it is necessary that the user becomes
familiarized with all the available controls and specifications shown in
each model.
THEORY OF OPERATION.
The evaporator (1) holds the water during the evaporation process.
Electric heating elements immersion type (14) are inserted in the
evaporator to boil the water and generate steam, which is kept in the
evaporator closed hermetically with the lid (17). With the continuous
generation of steam the pressure in the evaporator chamber increases
until reaching the required pressure.
