ESTADO NEUROLÓGICO
• Valoración Neurológica:
Nivel de consciencia (GSC), orientación temporo-espacial, tamaño de las pupilas,
afectación pares craneales, lenguaje, sensibilidad y movilidad de extremidades,
convulsiones. Signos de PIC elevada: cefalea, náuseas, vómitos, visión borrosa,
reflejo de Cushing (HTA, bradicardia), papiledema.
• Valoración Radiológica TC/RM:
Localización de la lesión y tamaño, signos de edema, efecto masa, desplazamiento
de la línea media, alteraciones del sistema ventricular, herniación del lóbulo
temporal.

ESTADO NEUROLÓGICO
• Estudios paraclínicos:
Electrolitos séricos, búsqueda de disnatremias, valorar osmolaridad plasmática
prequirúrgica, niveles de glucosa.
• Valoración del tratamiento farmacológico:
Anticomiciales: tiempo, dosis, niveles sanguíneos. Esteroides: tiempo y dosis.
Diuréticos.
