Una guía práctica para comer y beber, para mejorar la salud y el rendimiento físico. Esta guía es útil para todos los deportistas. Los Leones de Yucatán nos comprometemos con el bienestar y la salud de nuestros jugadores.

2. Introducción. El siguiente tema a sido seleccionado con el fin de que las personas que no son frecuentes al deporte hagan conciencia y se familiaricen a frecuentar alguno ya que la falta de ejerció físico o sedentarismo nos puede llevar a diversas patologías como obesidad, sobrepeso, fatiga, problemas cardiovasculares entre otros.
3. Objetivos generales: Fomentar el deporte en las personas. Lograr un cambio físico y emocional en las personas mediante el ejercicio físico. Objetivos Específicos:
4. Justificación Una de las recomendaciones más frecuentes en medicina es llevar a cabo ejercicio físico de forma moderada debido a los efectos beneficiosos que éste tiene sobre el organismo.
5. La alimentación del deportista debe considerar las necesidades nutritivas individuales de material combustible y estructural, así como de elementos reguladores en función de la edad, el sexo y del tipo de actividad física desarrollada.
6. Hipótesis La alimentación diaria influye de forma muy significativa en el rendimiento físico de un deportista..
7. Es necesario una adecuada distribución de los nutrientes energéticos: proteínas (10-15%), lípidos (30-35%) e hidratos de carbono (50-60%), así como la presencia de vitaminas y minerales para cubrir las necesidades específicas del deportista
8. Como conclusión, una dieta variada y equilibrada, adecuada en términos de cantidad y calidad antes, durante y después del entrenamiento y la competición es imprescindible para optimizar este rendimiento físico.
9. Desarrollo del tema En nuestro país si no en todo el mundo. Y con este tema se contempla el poder a demostrar que cambiando hábitos alimentarios y con un buen acondicionamiento físico podemos cambiar nuestra imagen y forma de pensar en ciertos alimentos.
