6. TRADUCCIÓN
1. La gerencia es la función del liderazgo ejecutivo.
2. La planificación creativa provee las respuestas a tales preguntas como que
debería ser hecho, como y donde debe ser hecho y quien debería hacerlo.
3. La organización establece las condiciones básicas comunes (que son la base
de la ejecución efectiva y económica) de un grupo particular en un período
de tiempo.
4. El control limita y regula la acción en relación con los requerimientos del
plan.
5. Los estándares en los negocios son criterios (que nos facultan para medir, y
mantener), los factores del negocio, los efectos en condición apropiada y la
relación de uno con otro.
6. La gerencia científica trata de aplicar la lógica del pensamiento efectivo
hacia la solución de los problemas del negocio.
7. La gerencia operativa esta relacionada mayormente con acciones de corto
plazo en la ejecución de proyectos específicos.
8. La ejecución efectiva, en cualquiera actividad organizada, requiere una
delegación de la responsabilidad y la autoridad.
9. La responsabilidad es una condición de membrecía en una organización.
10. La estructura organizativa es la estructura de relación entre grupos de
funciones similares, factores físicos y de personal.
