67. El shock cardiogénico es una patología con un perfil
hemodinámico complejo, que se acompañada de una alta
tasa de mortalidad. Desencadenado por desequilibrio en el
aporte y consumo de oxigeno, desarticulando
completamente nuestra maquinaria celular.
Conocer su comportamiento clínico, nos brinda como
internistas una perspectiva sobre como abordar un
paciente con shock cardiogénico.
Recordando siempre que nuestro objetivo como médicos es
evitar llegar al punto de no retorno, eliminar la noxa y
controlar los daños.
