The Score MAMÁ is a scoring tool for vital signs to early recognize and respond to deterioration in clinical and physiological signs, oriented towards early identification of obstetric pathology. It focuses on signs like blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature and oxygen saturation in blood. The obstetric keys system establishes roles and functions to allow effective communication and coordinated work among health professionals trained in these keys to prevent maternal mortality from the main causes in Ecuador like hemorrhage, hypertension, and sepsis.
