2. • 550 gr de pan duro(pan bueno , no baget) / 550 gr

• 350 gr de agua/ 350 gr water.
• 8 dientes de ajos sin pelar / 8 cloves of garlic,
unpeeled.
• Sal ,una cuchara de postre / A dessert spoon of salt.
• Panceta ,y chorizo (opcional) / Bacon, and chorizo
or sausages (optional)
• 100 gr. de aceite de oliva / 100 gr. olive oil

4. • Lo primero troceamos el pan y lo humedecemos,
debe quedar mojado del todo pero no empapado. /

5. • Ponemos una sartén al fuego con aceite y freímos
los ajos enteros, una vez fritos los sacamos y los
escurrimos y reservamos. / Put a frying pan with oil

troceados, una vez todo dorado sacamos escurrido y

migas con el fuego no muy fuerte, las vamos moviendo
con ayuda de una rasera, hasta transformar el amasijo
