La utilidad neta de Enersur ascendió a USD 32.6m en el 1T13
(+22.4% YoY), debido a mayores ingresos y ampliación en
márgenes: el margen bruto alcanzó 45.1% (+834pbs YoY),
mientras que el margen operativo escaló a 40.3% (+777pbs YoY).
Estado de Ganancias y Pérdidas
Los ingresos de Enersur ascendieron a USD137.5m en el 1T13
(+10.0% YoY) debido a mayor venta de energía y potencia como
consecuencia de la mayor demanda de clientes libres y regulados.
Adicionalmente, la participación de SPCC (Southern Copper) en las
ventas representaron 32% en el trimestre (vs. 37% en 1T12).
El costo de ventas cayó (-4.5% YoY) debido a menores compras de
energía en el mercado spot, compensado por mayor consumo de gas
natural debido al incremento en la generación de la CT ChilcaUno
luego que el ciclo combinado inicie operaciones en 4T12. Asimismo, el
consumo de carbón también aumentó debido a la mayor tasa de
utilización de la CT Ilo21 por una mayor demanda en el SEIN; sin
embargo, este incremento se vio parcialmente mitigado por una
reducción en el consumo de petróleo residual debido a la menor
producción en la CT Ilo1.
Los gastos administrativos escalaron a USD6.6m (+23.7% YoY), por
mayores cargas de personal y servicios diversos.
Los gastos financieros netos se ubicaron en USD 7.7m (vs USD 3.0m
en 1T12), pese a la pérdida por diferencia en tipo de cambio en el
trimestre, debido a mayores gastos financieros por: i) mayor deuda
financiera y ii) el inicio de operaciones del ciclo combinado (los
intereses de la deuda asociada al proyecto empiezan a devengarse).
Balance General
El activo de la empresa creció a USD 1,369.2m (+21.4% vs el 1T12), lo
que se sustenta principalmente en un fuerte incremento del activo fijo a
USD 1,038.4m (+239.8m vs el 1T12, +30.0%) por la adquisición de
maquinarias. Este incremento se encuentra en línea con los planes de
la empresa para incrementar su potencia instalada de generación.
Por el lado del pasivo, se observa que las obligaciones financieras a
largo plazo ascendieron a USD 584.7m en el 1T13 (+USD 71.1m vs el
1T12, +13.8%), lo que se sustenta en que las inversiones de la
empresa fueron financiadas principalmente por deuda. Cabe señalar
que pese a los mejores resultados de la compañía, la cobertura de los
intereses en términos de EBITDA decreció (EBITDA/Gastos financieros
a 10.4 en el 1T13, vs 11.1 en el 1T12) debido al aumento en gastos
financieros antes mencionados.
Finalmente, el patrimonio también aumentó considerablemente a USD
568.7m (+USD 128.1m vs el 1T12, +29.1% YoY) principalmente por la
emisión de acciones en 2012 para financiar los proyectos.
Valorización
Estamos actualizando nuestro análisis de Enersur otorgándole un valor
fundamental de PEN 28.45 por acción, lo que implica un retorno total
(inc. div: 1.6%) de 10.5% (vs. PEN 25.90 del 17 de mayo de 2013), con
recomendación de COMPRAR.
Enersur es una compañía de generación de energía eléctrica con
importantes proyectos para incrementar su capacidad instalada. Cabe
señalar que la razón de pago de dividendos de Enersur ha disminuido
temporalmente a 30% por sus planes de reinversión, sin embargo, a
partir de 2014 retornarían a 90%. Proyectamos que las ventas subirían
en 15.0% y 8.7% durante 2013 y 2014, respectivamente.
