2. TORTILLA DE
PATATA=OMELETTE
 INGREDIENTES
- 10 patatas de
tamaño pequeño
- Media cebolla
- Sal gorda
- Cuatro huevos
- Aceite de oliva
 INGREDIENTS

3. PREPARACIÓN
Lo primero es pelar y lavar bien las patatas. Después se cortan en rodajas
finas, échales sal al gusto. Hacemos lo mismo con la cebolla, pero cortándola en
trozos más pequeños aún.
Pon una sartén amplia a calentar con bastante aceite, cuando el aceite esté bien
caliente echa a freír las patatas y la cebolla No olvides ir removiendo de vez en cuando
las patatas con la ayuda de una espumadera, es importante para que no se peguen ni
se quemen
En unos 10 ó 15 minutos las patatas estarán listas, no hay que dorarlas
demasiado, deben estar un poco blandas para hacer bien la tortilla.
Una vez estén fritas las patatas y la cebolla, las sacamos escurriendo el aceite y las
ponemos en un bol grande. Batimos los huevos en un plato. Vierte los huevos batidos
sobre las patatas y mézclalo todo muy bien.
A la hora de hacer la tortilla hay que usar una sartén amplia. Se ponen unas gotas de
aceite en el fondo y se echa la mezcla de patatas y huevos, al principio se deja que el
huevo vaya cuajando a fuego medio-intenso, pero después se baja la intensidad del
fuego para que no se queme y la tortilla se vaya haciendo por dentro.
Una vez que la tortilla esté hecha por un lado, damos la vuelta con mucho cuidado con
la ayuda de un plato plano. Dejamos que se haga por otro lado y tendremos nuestra
tortilla lista para comer.

4. PREPARATION
