65. CONCLUSIONES
• La crioterapia es un método que destruye material biológico por efectos citotóxicos de la
congelación que necesita alcanzar temperaturas de -20 a -40 C.
• Los gases mas utilizados serán CO2, nitrógeno liquido u oxido nitroso que alcanzan diferentes
temperaturas bajo cero por el estrangulamiento del propio gas.
• Es necesaria una congelación y descongelación rápida con el fin de evitar que las células
sobrevivan y continúen sus ciclos.
• La electrocirugía aplica el principio de transferencia de calor hacia los tejidos por medio de los
electrones.
• La escisición electroquirúrgica con asa (leep) es utilizada para cortar capaz del cuello uterino
dependiente del grado de lesión.
• El laser utiliza radiación con el fin de generar fotones que serán expulsados controladamente
hacia los tejidos.
• Generaran vaporización de las células dependiendo las longitudes de onda aplicadas.
• Los mas utilizados son láser co2 y el láser nd. YAG por su alta potencia y capacidad de
penetración en los tejidos.
• La elección del procedimiento dependerá de los costos, disponibilidad y capacidad de ejecución.
