• Requiere tomar decisiones y tomar acciones duraderas con las
estrategias de la organización. Además como líder debe crear
una estrategia para su grupo para que sea acorde con la
estrategia general y contribuirá al desarrollo de la misma para
el beneficio de la empresa.
3. ADMINISTRACIÓN ESTRATEGICA
• Strategic management is a continuous process aimed at aligning
everyday actions with the organization’s long-term direction based
on its customers’ needs.

and a sustained competitive advantage. This process includes the
functions of Strategic Planning, implementation Planning,
Execution, and Performance Evaluation

• includes eight functions:
1. Establecer intención estratégica. Es un proceso mediante el cual la
organización define o refina la visión, misión, metas y objetivos de la
organización.
2. Implementar la Intención Estratégica. Es el conjunto de actividades para
compartir la intención estratégica en toda la organización.
3. Set Strateg y es el proceso (planificación de implementación), Mediante
el cual la organización desarrolla estrategias y acciones específicas, define
las medidas de desempeño específicas para rastrear el progreso.
4. Deploy Resources. Asigna recursos a las iniciativas específicas definidas
en establecer estrategia.
5. 5. Ejecutar la Estrategia. Los proyectos y actividades se realizan
realmente.
6. Implementar resultados. Proceso mediante el cual la organización
mide su rendimiento en el logro de metas y objetivos.
7. Review Performance. Proceso para revisar el desempeño para producir
lecciones aprendidas y recomendaciones sobre cómo mejorar la
organización y ajustar la intención estratégica.
8. Implementar aprendizajes. El uso de lecciones aprendidas y
recomendaciones en el próximo ciclo de gestión estratégica.
6. NÚCLEO DEL PROCESO DE GESTIÓN
ESTRATÉGICA
• Cuenta con 3 elementos, que en conjunto son lo que requiere una
transformación y par esto necesita que un equipo de gestión
mantenga conversaciones para desarrollar una estrategia de cambio
* Núcleo 1. Conversaciones abiertas y honestas. Las personas deben
sentir que pueden compartir sus opiniones sin temor a las
repercusiones. Es necesarias para llegar a los temas centrales y llevarlas
a cabo en los pasillos y grupos pequeños.

*Núcleo 2. Estrategia. Es la acción mediante la cual de ejecuta
un plan para la obtención de logros, metas y objetivos, así
alcanzar la visión, misión de la organización. Según Mintzberg,
definimos la estrategia para ser de dos tipos: intención
estratégica y estrategia diaria.
* Núcleo 3. Medidas. Ayuda a traducir los resultados deseados
en números cuantificables y se utiliza para establecer la
estrategia.
