• Estimula producción de PG y Factor de Crecimiento

• ANTAGONISTAS D2
– La dosis de metoclopramida que disminuye PONV
es de 25 a 50mg
• Produce extrapiramidalismo y sedación
– Haloperidol, sin datos adecuados de dosis ni
seguridad. Uso off-label
• Asociado a muerte y arritmias
