• Se discute en extenso. Considero que se beneficia de radioterapia adyuvante. Posteriormente, se procederá con hormonoterapia adyuvante
(tamoxifén, por su osteoporosis). Integrando los elementos como la histología, el estadío, la biología tumorales, y la edad considero que el beneficio
potencial de quimioterapia adyuvante sería superado por la toxicidad anticipada por la misma. Por ello no la recomienda. Se le explica que estimo el
