8. En la infección aguda por VHB el primer
marcador que aparece de el AgHBs.
Permanece durante toda la fase de
sintomatología clínica, si permanece mas de
tres meses riesgo de cronificación
Una vez que negativiza aparecen los Anti-HBs ,
5% no los desarrolla .
Una a dos semanas después aparecen los anti-
HBc los predominantes son IgM
Posteriormente igG
AgHBe se detecta desde el comienzo de la
enfermedad, marca el estado de replicación
viral, desaparece después que las
transaminasas alcanzan su valor mas elevado,
su persistencias mas allá de 8-10 semanas
puede hacer sospechar cronificacion
